What is your jewellery made of?
Our jewellery is crafted from premium 316L surgical steel, a high-quality material known for its exceptional durability, corrosion resistance, and ability to withstand everyday wear.
Unlike many traditional fashion jewellery materials, 316L surgical steel is anti tarnishing, rusting, and discolouration, making it ideal for daily use.
We carefully selectd this material to create pieces that not only look beautiful but are designed to maintain their shine and quality for years to come. ✨
Is your jewellery waterproof or sweatproof?
Yes 🤍 Our jewellery is designed for everyday wear and is both waterproof and sweatproof.
Our accessories can withstand exposure to water, sweat, and daily activities without easily tarnishing or losing their shine.
However, to maintain the shine of your jewellery, we still recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to harsh chemicals such as perfumes, chlorine, and cleaning agents. ✨
Is it safe for sensitive skin?
Our jewellery is made from surgical-grade 316L stainless steel. And is used in medical and body-safe applications due to its hypoallergenic properties, making it suitable for most people with sensitive skin.
As with all materials, individual skin sensitivities may vary, so we recommend discontinuing wear if any irritation occurs.
Do i need to polish the jewellery?
No, polishing is not required for our jewellery 🤍
Our pieces are designed to be low-maintenance, anti-tarnish, and resistant to rust and discolouration. This means your jewellery is made to retain its shine with minimal upkeep.
For best care, simply rinse with clean water occasionally and gently wipe dry with a soft cloth if needed.
However, we do include a polishing cloth with every order, which you may use for special occasions or whenever you’d like to give your jewellery an extra touch-up for added shine ✨

What are your refund and return policies?
We hope you absolutely love your new jewellery. Before placing your order, please take a moment to review our returns policy below.
To ensure fairness and hygiene standards, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges in the following situations:

✨ Earrings (for hygiene and safety reasons)
✨ Sale items (30% off and above)
✨ Backorder items (during time of purchase)
✨ Any item that has already been worn

Received incorrect or defective piece?
While we do our best to ensure every order is perfect, mistakes can occasionally happen.
If you've received an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel, along with clear photos of the issue. We'll be happy to review it and make things right.
How to get instore credit?
We want you to love every piece you receive. In the event that a return is approved, please review the following guidelines.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the item must:
- Be unworn, unused, and in its original condition
- Include all original packaging
- Show no signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse
- Notify us within 7 days from date of receiving
Please note that all approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, which covers processing, inspection, handling, and inventory management costs.
How to Initiate a Return

- Once approved, our team will provide detailed return instructions.
- Securely pack the item in its original packaging to ensure it is protected during transit.
- Ship the parcel to the address provided by our customer support team.
Please note that all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Return Approval & Store Credit
Upon receiving your return, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return eligibility requirements.
Once approved, you will receive store credit for the purchase amount, less the 25% restocking fee. Store credit can be used on any future purchase made through our website.
Store Credit Validity
Store credit issued through an approved return is valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
